The solicitors firm appointed will be regulated by the Law Society of England & Wales; will hold professional indemnity insurance to a minimum of one million pounds and will, in our reasonable opinion only, be able to transact residential conveyancing matters in England & Wales. Save for the above reasonable checks we accept no loss, blame or responsibility for any work carried out by the appointed solicitor. As an introduction only service once you are referred to one of our panel solicitors, you will be subject to their standard terms of retainer. You must ensure you read these carefully and fully understand them. The Law Society of England & Wales regulate all solicitors and offer information and protection in case of disatisfaction with any particular solicitor. We comply with the Solicitors Introduction and Referral Code as published by the Law Society.
