Trading Standards Report Estate Agents Must Disclose Referral Fees

Today a Trading Standard Report states that over 80% of estate agents have received a referral fee from parties involved in the home buying and selling process including conveyancing firms.  In a majority of cases these referral fees are not disclosed to the consumer.

At Conveyancing Quote, we do not and will not pay referral fees to estate agents or mortgage brokers.  Such referral fees only drive up the price for consumers.

Our fees are competitive and our service is quality driven and independent because we are focused on providing consumers with the best price and the best service possible.

For a great deal on your conveyancing whether you are buying, selling or re-mortgaging, please use our online calculators.
